I found this official notice posted in the elevator as I went downstairs to do laundry. "Boiler is Broken Not. Hot water we are Repairs."

Aww, man! Awesome! You never mentioned you had one of those "Smart Buildings" that write it's own notes! Just like Pierce Brosnan in "The Simpsons"!
Just a side note - after hanging a picture frame, keep a lookout for a similar note in your apartment asking "What are you doing, Tommy?". Or more simply, "I can feel it". That might be be a bad omen.
